How to use

Diffuser: 2–5 drops per 200 mL water (or as directed by the device).

Oil burner: Always dilute—fill the dish with water first, then add 1–3 drops.

Room spray: 6–12 drops in 100 ml distilled water + 1 tsp solubiliser; shake before each use.

Topical (in carrier oil): Face 0.25–0.5% (1 drop per 10 ml). Body 0.5–1% (1–3 drops per 10 ml).

Lovely with: lemon, lavender, rosemary, peppermint, eucalyptus, black pepper, grapefruit, and cedarwood.

Safety

For external use only. Do not use neat on the skin. Always dilute and patch test. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes. Keep away from children and pets; do not apply to the face of infants/young children. If pregnant, nursing, under medical care, or with bleeding disorders/on anticoagulants, seek professional advice. Best used in low dilutions and not as a daily, long-term routine.
