How to use

Diffuser: 2–5 drops per 200 mL water (or as directed by the device).

Oil burner: Always dilute—fill the dish with water first, then add 1–2 drops.

Room spray: 4–10 drops in 100 ml distilled water + 1 tsp solubiliser; shake before each use.

Topical (in carrier oil): Face 0.2–0.5% (about 1 drop per 10–15 ml). Body leave-on 0.5–1% (about 1–3 drops per 10 ml).

Lovely with: frankincense, lavender, geranium/rose, cedarwood, patchouli, sandalwood, orange, bergamot.
