How to use

Diffuser: 2–6 drops per 200ml.

Oil burner: Always dilute—fill the dish with water first, then add 1–3 drops.

Room spray: 6–12 drops in 100 ml distilled water + 1 tsp solubiliser; shake before each use.

Topical (in carrier oil): Face 0.2–0.5% (about 1 drop per 10–15 ml). Body leave-on 0.5–2% (about 2–6 drops per 10 ml).

Lovely with: orange, grapefruit, bergamot (FCF), lavender, rosemary, frankincense, patchouli, vetiver, cypress, clary sage.
