How to use

Diffuser: 2–5 drops per 200 mL water (or as directed by the device).

Oil burner: Always dilute—fill the dish with water first, then add 1–2 drops of the essential oil.

Room spray: 6–12 drops in 100 ml distilled water + 1 tsp solubiliser; shake before each use.

Topical (in carrier oil): Face up to 0.25–0.5% (about 1 drop per 10–20 ml). Body leave‑on up to 1% (about 3 drops per 10 ml).

Lovely with: lavender, bergamot (FCF), geranium, frankincense, neroli, patchouli, ylang‑ylang.
