Cornmint is widely chosen for its cooling and soothing feel on the skin when carefully diluted, making it popular in massage blends, balms, and foot rubs. Its refreshing lift also brings relief in summer sprays and post‑exercise blends.

How to use

Diffuser: 1–4 drops per 200 mL water (or as directed by the device).

Oil burner: Always dilute—fill the dish with water first, then add 1–2 drops.

Room spray: 3–8 drops in 100 ml distilled water + 1 tsp solubiliser; shake before each use.

Topical (in carrier oil): Body leave‑on up to 1% (about 3 drops per 10 ml). Avoid the face, neck, and sensitive areas.

Cooling rubs: blend sparingly with carrier oils for feet, shoulders, or temples (trace amounts only).

Lovely with: eucalyptus, peppermint, rosemary, lavender, pine, tea tree, lemon, and frankincense.
