How to use

Diffuser: 2–6 drops per 200 mL water (or as directed by the device).

Oil burner: Always dilute—fill the dish with water first, then add 1–3 drops of the essential oil.

Room spray: 6–12 drops in 100 ml distilled water + 1 tsp solubiliser; shake before each use.

Topical (in carrier oil): Face 0.25–0.5% (about 1 drop per 10–20 ml). Body leave‑on 0.5–2% (about 2–6 drops per 10 ml).

Lovely with: lemon, grapefruit, bergamot (FCF), juniper berry, cedarwood, pine, rosemary, lavender, and frankincense.

For external use only. Do not use neat on the skin. Always dilute and patch test. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes. Keep away from children and pets; do not apply to the face of infants/young children. Not recommended during pregnancy without professional guidance. Oxidised oils may increase irritation—store well.
