How to use

Diffuser: 3–6 drops per 200 mL water (or as directed by the device).

Oil burner: Dilute in water first; add 2–4 drops.

Room spray: 8–12 drops in 100 ml distilled water + 1 tsp solubiliser; shake before each use.

Topical (in carrier oil): Face 0.2–0.5% (about 1–2 drops per 15 ml). Body leave-on 0.5–2% (about 3–6 drops per 10 ml).

Lovely with: lavender, rosemary, geranium, peppermint, frankincense, bergamot, sweet orange, ylang ylang.
