How to use

Diffuser: 2–5 drops per 200 mL water (or as directed by the device).

Oil burner: Dilute in water before use; add 1–3 drops.

Room spray: 6–10 drops in 100 ml distilled water + 1 tsp solubiliser; shake before each use.

Topical (in carrier oil): Face 0.2–0.5% (1–2 drops per 15 ml). Body leave-on 0.5–2% (2–6 drops per 10 ml).

Lovely with: lavender, bergamot, cedarwood, frankincense, clary sage, geranium, neroli, sweet orange.
