How to use

Diffuser: 3–6 drops per 200 ml water (or per device directions).

Oil burner: Always dilute—fill the dish with water first, then add 2–4 drops of the essential oil.

Room spray: 8–12 drops in 100 ml distilled water + 1 tsp solubiliser; shake before each use.

Topical (in carrier oil): Face 0.2–0.4% (about 1 drop per 12–20 ml). Body leave-on 0.5–2% (about 2–6 drops per 10 ml).

Lovely with: cinnamon leaf, clove, nutmeg, frankincense, cedarwood, lavender, geranium, grapefruit, and lemon.
