Steam-distilled from the needles and twigs of Tsuga canadensis (hemlock spruce), this oil opens bright and conifer-green with a clean, resinous lift. In blends, Spruce adds a brisk top–middle sparkle that pairs beautifully with woods, citruses, and breath-easy notes (always well-diluted).

How to use

Diffuser: 2–6 drops per 200 ml water (or per device directions).
Oil burner: Always dilute—add 1–3 drops to a water-filled dish.
Room spray: 6–12 drops in 100 ml distilled water + 1 tsp solubiliser; shake before each use.

Topical (in carrier oil): Face 0.2–0.5% (about 1 drop per 10–15 ml). Body leave-on 0.5–2% (about 2–6 drops per 10 ml).

Lovely with: pine, fir, cedarwood, cypress, eucalyptus, rosemary, lemon, frankincense.
