How to use

Diffuser: 3–6 drops per 200 mL water (or as directed by the device).

Oil burner: Always dilute—fill the dish with water first, then add 1–4 drops of the essential oil.

Room spray: 10–20 drops in 100 ml distilled water + 1 tsp solubiliser (shake before each use).

Topical (in carrier oil): Face: 0.5–1% (1–2 drops per 10 ml). Body: 1–3% (3–9 drops per 10 ml).

Blends nicely with: lavender, bergamot, sweet orange, frankincense, cypress, juniper berry, and patchouli.
