Pressed from no tree at all—this one is steam-distilled from the fresh needles & twigs of cypress sempervirens trees. The aroma is crisp, woody-green with a clean, resinous lift. It’s often used to help settle fluttery nerves, clear mental cobwebs, and freshen the air. In blends for body and breath work, cypress lends a quietly fortifying feel—great for focus, post-exercise massage, and clearing “stuffy room” vibes without heaviness.

How to use

Diffuser: 3–6 drops per 200 ml water (or per device instructions).

Room spray: 1% in hydrosol (≈ 10 drops per 50 ml), shake before each use.

Body oil: 1–2% for adults (≈ 3–6 drops per 10 ml carrier). Lovely with juniper, lemon, or lavender.

Bath: 2–3 drops pre-diluted in a tablespoon of carrier—never straight into water.

Safety & allergens 

External use only. Do not use neat on skin.

Patch test before first use; avoid eyes & mucous membranes.

Not known to be phototoxic.

Diffuse with ventilation; keep away from children & pets (especially cats/birds).

Store cool, dark & tightly capped—oxidation increases sensitisation risk.
