How to use
Diffuser: 3–6 drops per 100 ml water for a gentle, evening-friendly ambience.
Oil burner/vaporiser: 2–4 drops in the dish with warm water.
Bath: 3–5 drops, first mixed into a tablespoon of carrier oil or unscented bath base/dispersant.
Body oil: 1–2% dilution (1–2 drops per 5 ml carrier such as jojoba, sweet almond, or grapeseed).
Pulse-point roller: 1% (1 drop per 5 ml of jojoba).
Linen/room spray: 10–12 drops per 100 ml distilled water + 10 ml alcohol or solubiliser; shake before each use.
Pair with: Bergamot, Cedarwood, Clary Sage, Rosemary, Frankincense, Patchouli.
