How to use

Diffuser: 3–6 drops per 200 mL water (or as directed by the device).

Oil burner: Always dilute—fill the dish with water first, then add 1–4 drops.

Room spray: 10–20 drops in 100 ml distilled water + 1 tsp solubiliser (shake before each use).

Topical (in carrier oil): Face 0.5–1% (1–2 drops per 10 ml). Body 1–2% (3–6 drops per 10 ml).

Lovely with rosemary, peppermint, ylang ylang, geranium, and cedarwood.

Safety

External use only. Do not use neat on the skin. Patch test before first use. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes. Keep away from children and pets. If pregnant, nursing, or under medical care, consult a qualified professional.
Phototoxicity: Cold-pressed grapefruit is generally regarded as non-phototoxic, but citrus oils can increase sun sensitivity in some individuals—apply at night or keep treated skin covered for several hours after use.

Allergen information (naturally occurring): high in limonene; may also contain linalool and citral (geranial, neral). Those sensitive to fragrance allergens should dilute well and patch test.
