How to use

Diffuser: 3–6 drops per 200 mL water (or as directed by the device).

Oil burner: Always dilute—fill the dish with water first, then add 1–4 drops of the essential oil.

Room spray: 10–20 drops in 100 ml distilled water + 1 tsp solubiliser (shake before each use).

Topical (in carrier oil): Use low dilutions—Face 0.25–0.6% (1–2 drops per 20 ml). Body 0.5–1% (1–3 drops per 10 ml).

Beautiful with citronella, ginger, rosemary, lavender, tea tree, or peppermint.

Safety

External use only. Do not use neat on skin. Dilute and patch test before first use—lemongrass can be a skin sensitiser. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes. Keep away from children and pets. If pregnant, nursing, on medication, or under medical care, consult a qualified professional. Use lightly at bedtime.

Allergen information (naturally occurring): high in citral (geranial & neral); may also contain geraniol, limonene, linalool, citronellol, and eugenol. Those sensitive to fragrance allergens should dilute well and patch test.
