How to use

Diffuser: 3–6 drops per 100 ml water for crisp, green air.

Oil burner/vapouriser: 2–4 drops in warm water.

Bath: 3–5 drops first mixed into a tablespoon of carrier oil or an unscented bath base/dispersant.

Body oil: 1–2% dilution (1–2 drops per 5 ml carrier, such as jojoba, sweet almond, or grapeseed).

Linen/room spray: 8–12 drops per 100 ml distilled water + 10 ml alcohol/solubiliser; shake before each use.

Pair with: lemon, rosemary, eucalyptus, cypress, lavender, tea tree, and black spruce.
