Naturally rich and occlusive, it excels in body oils, massage blends, balms and soapmaking, lending cushion and sheen. Use lightly in facial blends, or pair with lighter carriers for balance.

How to use

Facial oils/serums: 1–10% in a lighter base (jojoba, grapeseed, apricot) due to richness.

Body & massage: 30–100% for plush glide; lighten with sweet almond or fractionated coconut if desired.

Balms/salves/soap: excellent as a core oil for cushion and conditioning.

Add a touch of vitamin E or wheatgerm to help slow oxidation in DIY blends.
