In skincare it’s valued (well diluted) for balancing oily areas, softening the look of scars, and lending a long-lasting, comforting scent that acts as a natural fixative in your creations.

How to use

Diffuser: 2–5 drops per 200 mL water (or as directed by the device).

Oil burner: Always dilute—fill the dish with water first, then add 1–3 drops of the essential oil.

Room/linen spray: 8–15 drops in 100 ml distilled water + 1 tsp solubiliser (shake before each use).

Topical (in carrier oil): Face: 0.25–0.6% (1–2 drops per 20 ml). Body: 1–2% (3–6 drops per 10 ml).

Blends beautifully with bergamot, sweet orange, lavender, geranium, cedarwood, sandalwood, vetiver, and frankincense.

Safety

For external use only. Do not use neat on the skin. Dilute appropriately and patch test before first use. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes. Keep away from children and pets. If pregnant, nursing, or under medical care, consult a qualified professional. May lightly tint pale fabrics; the aroma is potent—use sparingly.
