How to use

Diffuser: 1–3 drops per 100 ml water; lovely with lemon or rosemary.

Inhalation: 1 drop on a tissue; breathe for a minute.

Body/spot oil: 0.5–2% for daily use (≈1–6 drops per 10 ml carrier); up to 3% for short-term, targeted blends.

Roll-on (adult): 1% for temples/neck.

Oil burner: Always add to water or base—never heat neat oil.
