How to use

Diffuser: 2–5 drops per 200 mL water (or as directed by the device).

Oil burner: Always dilute—fill the dish with water first, then add 1–3 drops of the essential oil.

Room spray: 8–15 drops in 100 ml distilled water + 1 tsp solubiliser (shake before each use).

Topical (in carrier oil): Face/temples: 0.25–0.5% (1–2 drops per 20 ml). Body: 1–3% (3–9 drops per 10 ml).

(Peppermint is potent—start low. Max dermal use is 5% in spot blends.

Lovely with rosemary, eucalyptus, lavender, lemon, tea tree, and sweet orange frankincense.

Safety

For external use only. Do not use neat on the skin. Dilute appropriately and patch test before first use. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes. Keep away from children and pets. Do not use on or near the face of infants or young children. If pregnant or nursing, have G6PD deficiency, or are under medical care, consult a qualified professional. Cooling/tingling is normal; reduce % if sensitive.

Allergen information (naturally occurring): may contain limonene, linalool, citral, and geraniol in trace amounts, along with constituents such as menthol and menthone. Those sensitive should dilute well and patch test.
