How to use

Diffuser: 3–6 drops per 200 mL water (or as directed by the essential oil device).

Oil burner: Always dilute—fill the dish with water first, then add 1–4 drops.

Room/linen spray: 10–20 drops in 100 ml distilled water + 1 tsp solubiliser; shake before each use.

Topical (in carrier oil): Face 0.5–1% (1–2 drops per 10 ml). Body 1–2% (3–6 drops per 10 ml).

Lovely with lavender, bergamot (bergapten-free/F.C.F.), patchouli, clary sage, grapefruit, or cedarwood.
