How to use

Diffuser: 3–6 drops per 200 ml water (or per device directions).

Oil burner: Always dilute—fill the dish with water first, then add 1–4 drops.

Room spray: 10–20 drops in 100 ml distilled water + 1 tsp solubiliser (shake before each use).

Topical (in carrier oil): Face: 0.5–1% (1–2 drops per 10 ml). Body/scalp: 1–2% (3–6 drops per 10 ml).

Lovely with lavender, peppermint, lemon, eucalyptus, or cedarwood.

Safety
