How to use

Diffuser: 3–6 drops per 200 ml water (or per device directions).

Oil burner: Always dilute—fill the dish with water first, then add 1–4 drops.

Room/linen spray: 10–20 drops in 100 ml distilled water + 1 tsp solubiliser; shake before each use.

Topical (in carrier oil): Face 0.25–0.5% (1 drop per 10 ml). Body 1–2% (3–6 drops per 10 ml).

Hair/scalp oil: 1–2% in jojoba, argan, or fractionated coconut; massage, then shampoo.

Lovely with lemon, peppermint, eucalyptus, lavender, cedarwood, or grapefruit.

Safety

For external use only. Do not use neat on the skin. Dilute appropriately and patch test before first use. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes. Keep away from children & pets. If pregnant, epileptic, or with uncontrolled hypertension, consult a qualified professional before use. Avoid using it close to bedtime if you’re scent-sensitive—it’s quite stimulating.
